| Start the process of
becoming a Los Angeles Police Department Reserve Officer by
attending a mandatory orientation held the first and third
Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the City of Los Angeles
Personnel Department.

The orientation lasts
approximately 1½ hours. No reservation is required.
Appropriate casual attire is fine. Bring material to take
notes. No tests will be given. Parking is on the street.
